Individual Session

$325 per session

We'll create striking images that joyfully reflect your time at UVA. Individual sessions include an array of different poses on the Lawn and around the Rotunda.

Large Group

$400 per session

Large group sessions are ideal for 5 or more grads who want fun, energetic group photos together. Individual poses not included

Two-Grad Session

$360 per session

Do you and a friend want fun, vibrant photos that reflect your close connection at UVA? This lively session is a mix of group shots and individual poses.

Small Group

$450 per session

A cost-effective way for 3-4 grads to take group and individual shots together — perfect for best friends, sisters, or roommates.

Graduation Photoshoot FAQs
Hello, and thank you for stopping by! If you have any questions about graduation photoshoots just give me a shout.

What's the most important thing for me to know? 🙋🏼‍♀️
The energy you bring to the session is what will be captured in your images. My job is to bring out your most natural, confident self and capture it with my camera. My grad shoots are a lot of fun, and if you arrive feeling relaxed and well-rested that energy will be beautifully reflected in your photos.

How far in advance should I book my session? 📅
April through the end of May is my spring graduation season and generally books completely by mid-April. 2024 has limited availability for sessions, so if you have a preferred date please let me know and I’ll happily reserve it for you.

What time will my session start? 🌄
Most grad shoots start within an hour after sunrise for the best light and smallest crowds. Evening shoots may be available upon request.

How long will my photoshoot last? ⌚
Individual grad shoots generally last about 45 minutes, while group shoots clock in around an hour. I don’t book sessions back-to-back so we have plenty of time to get all of the fun, joyful shots that we want.

What if it rains? Can I reschedule? ☔
Spring weather can be unpredictable. In the event of rain we can absolutely reschedule to another morning. Note that cloudy weather is totally fine for grad shoots since clouds create soft, even light.

Can I pop champagne on the Lawn? 🍾
Absolutely! We’ll do this at the very end of the shoot. Don’t forget to bring your bottle(s) with you!

How many photos will I get? 👩‍🎓
Approximately 40-50 high-resolution images are included in each individual and group photoshoot.

Can I have all of the photos from the shoot? 🙋‍♂️
I take lots of shots during a grad session, many of which are identical images spaced just seconds apart. That way if you blink, or if I miss focus, or if a bug flies into the frame, I have at least one great shot from the series. As a result, we end up with duplicates of the same pose.

If there are several images that look the same, I deliver the best one, but do not include multiples of the same pose. In the event that you’re unhappy with your photos, I’ll happily work with you to create any additional shots that you want. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed!

How long will it take for the photos to be ready? ⏳
Typical turnaround is 7-10 days. Once your photos are ready I’ll shoot you an email with a link to your gallery.

Where will my photos be stored? 📂
Your high-res graduation photos will be securely stored in Dropbox where you can access and download them anytime. I do not charge you for anything except the session fee (there are no additional charges for downloading the digital files).

What payment methods do you accept? 💳
Venmo, cash, check, credit/debit cards, and interesting bottles of hot sauce.

Do you offer discounts? 💰
I try to be as transparent with my pricing as possible, which is listed at the top of the page. To be fair to everyone, I do not offer discounts on graduation shoots.
